Polly is an award winning UK based, independent, film-maker renowned for her ability to tell the most sensitive and compelling stories.
Most recently Polly has completed an adapted screenplay of Helga Schneider’s true life story Let me Go. It is a tale which explores the inheritance of trauma across generations. She was also commissioned by George Films to write an original screenplay, The F**k it Button, a contemporary love story to be Executive produced by Jill Morris from Indian Paintbrush.
Polly directed and wrote LENA, a contemporary love story starring Valentina Cervi, James Purefoy and Ciaran McMenamin. As a feature jump4loves.com producer she was a co-founder of Elton John’s Rocket Pictures where she produced Women Talking Dirty starring Gina McKee and Helena Bonham-Carter and also began to developed animation blockbuster Gnomeo & Juliet.
As a visual artist, May 2012 saw a major exhibition of Polly’s video portraits commissioned for the opening of London’s newest Mint hotel. Her subjects included Tony Benn, Jason Isaacs and star of The Wire, Michael K Williams.

Polly is also a fully qualified life coach who specialises in helping young people. She is a mother of three children and lives in West London.
